The transfer pricing elements are used to define the transactions and the respective transfer pricing calculation and methodology. These are maintained in the Transaction Surcharge Reduction Assignment Table (TSRA) which, through a routine calculation, determines the technical method applied as well as the surcharge/reduction percentage. Other basic transfer pricing elements are considered in this calculation such as the average historical unit sales price and material production cost (material master data).
