It’s a financial institution that enables Solvay legal entities to operate its business in many countries. In SAP it is referred as House bank. Each house bank is identified by a unique bank ID and it is used for various financial operations such as payment and collections and bank reconciliation. Bank information (Name, SWIFT code, Address, Branch, Contacts...) is stored in the Bank Master File. Details of the bank (Name, Code SWIFT, Address, Branch, Contacts.) are stored in our data repository (AODOCS).
