Business Term Definition

Workforce Category groups the types of workforce within the total workforce of the company based on the type of the work, level of responsibility and contractual relationship.

List of Values

Blue collar : All people with a direct employment relationship with the company, executing skilled or unskilled manual labor in production sites and generally involved in the production or maintenance of physical goods.
White collar :All people with a direct employment relationship with the company with non-executive responsibilities and administrative related activities and typically working in an office environment.
Cadre : All people with executive responsibilities in the company (junior, middle and top executives with an S Grade from S15 to S27)
Sales Cadre :All people with executive responsibilities in the company, dedicated to commercial activities and eligible to sales incentive bonus.
Contractors :All people that are not under a direct employment relationship with the Company but attached to a Third-Party entity or self employed.
Not Applicable :All people that are not part of the Total Workforce
Trainees & Apprentices :All people that are on job training during or after graduation.

Roles
