Data Architecture is a framework for how IT infrastructure supports the data strategy of our organization. It is in charge of identifying the data needs of the enterprise, designing and maintaining the master blueprints to meet those needs.

The Data Architecture team is made up of Data Architects and Data Custodians. The team works together to create and maintain organizational knowledge about data and the system through which it moves.

The information/data architect strengthens the impact of, and provides recommendations on, business information that will need to be available and shared consistently through the identification, definition and analysis of how information assets aid strategies and business outcomes. The Information/data architect is responsible for discovering the data and analytics requirements for information for all uses.
