The respective Data Product Owner should:

1. Define the app name according to the naming convention: <functional domain> - <app name> <report or dashboard, if applicable>
2. Add the new app to the DA&AI - Applications running in Production.gsheet
3. Via email, request Enterprise Architecture team (e.g. Florent Thivin) to add the new app in LeanIX (+ details)
4. Via DA&AI Service Request (choose "Any other type of support"), ask Operations to add the new app in Service ONE
