General Description

Number of packages submitted On time without subsequent reopening after D4 end of the day local time (from GAR)
  • D4 Performance by month : number and percentage of packages submitted on time and no corrections after the deadline
  • Number or percentage of On Time Completion : number and percentage (vs total of packages) of packages submission ranked by period of publication
  • Details : based on the selected period, for each Legal Entity and Country, capability to see :
        • the completion
        • the total number of corrections
        • the number of corrections after deadline
        • the number of packages reopen
        • the date of closure : based on the local time. The calculation is done through QV
        • the date of closure : based on Brussels time (coming from BFC extraction)
        • the reason of reopening the package

Beside measuring packages submit on time, there is also the records of "Key Closing Steps" recorded by respective Google Sheets.

*All corrections made after the 15th are not taken into consideration


Calculation
Date of Closure - local time
Based on the CET time + or - X hours depending on the country of the Legal Entity. Last publication date is taken into account. When there is only one reopening considering Model S, first publication will be considered in the calculation*.
