General Description

These KPIs allow you to evaluate the performance of hauliers at two specific moments:
  • At delivery at the customer place. Please read the Warning hereunder for the calculation. This KPI is measure only for some orders.
  • At shipment from the plant, all orders are concerned because the data is in the system.
For the two KPI, you can track the performance by Forwarding agent.
KPIs:
  • Hauliers On Time Delivery (%)
  • Number of Shipments (with available Actual Delivery Date)
  • Hauliers On Time Shipment (%)
  • Total Number of Shipments
Calculations:
  • Hauliers On Time Delivery (%) = This indicator compares the Actual Arrival date to the Planned Arrival Date.
  • Hauliers On Time Shipment (%) = This indicator compares the Actual Shipment Completion date to the Planned one defined in the shipment file.
Granularity:
Forwarding Agent
Currently there is no value of data quality (= % shipments with a real arrival date) for HOTD in the dashboard but it can be found in TIERS. In the core query, we can find this value of data quality under the name of Number of shipments relevant for transit time calculation.


In the dashboard, we use the same HOTD definition as Z1T_HAULIER which considers that if there is no real arrival date then the shipment is not included in the calculation. We only consider the orders that have a real delivery date (= the haulier enters in the system the achieved delivery date).
