SBS RtR dashboard contains :

• RtR Accounting which presents indicators measuring the month-end closing process (eg. D4 Closure compliance, Key closing steps...)

• RtR Costing which presents indicators measuring

It gives a consistent picture of the GBUs’ investment needs, and plans.
Integrated with SAP, COLMAR is fed with actual project expenses : CAPEX and CAPSPEND.

People in charge of the Investment portfolio are updating quarterly forecasts.
  
The dashboard can be used to control and adjust the process to authorise new projects to reach the target for CAPEX and CAPSPEND (at a Solvay group level or by GBU).
The analysis can be done from the top level (Solvay group) to more detailed levels : GBU, plant, project.
