SBS RtR dashboard contains indicators related to the Record to Report Process :
  • RtR Accounting

 

  • RtR Costing

 

It gives a consistent picture of the GBUs’ investment needs, and plans
 Integrated with SAP, COLMAR is fed with actual project expenses : CAPEX and CAPSPEND.
People in charge of the Investment portfolio are updating quarterly forecasts.
  
The dashboard can be used to control and adjust the process to authorise new projects to reach the target for CAPEX and CAPSPEND (at a Solvay group level or by GBU).
The analysis can be done from the top level (Solvay group) to more detailed levels : GBU, plant, project.
