The employee turnover is the measurement on number of employee (headcount) leaving the organisation. It is split by Voluntary and Involuntary.
Voluntary: Refers to termination of employment initiated by the employee (employee-driven); Resignation, End of Probation period initiated by the employee, etc. It is considered Voluntary only if it is initiated by the employee.
Involuntary: Refers to termination of employment initiated by the organisation (company-driven); Redundancy and retrenchment; Employees taking opportunities for voluntary redundancy; Normal/statutory retirement; Early retirement; Dismissals and "compromise" (mutual agreements).
Calculation: Number of leaving (by Total, Voluntary and Involuntary)
