Have a look at the health of the Value Chain in one glimpse.In the Summary page, retrieve the location of each indicator and follow the link on the icons to get the detailed trends.To fit the structure of our Value Chain as described in the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model, the KPIs have been redistributed in 4 sheets: Source, Make, Deliver and Plan, to allow you to have the most relevant Selection Criteria per page.By default, you can see the value of the previous month compared to the value of the month before or the targetException: when the KPI is not yet refreshed, we have the previous value and a note appears below
