This page explains how you can display CO orders master data. It is a useful tool for preparing and validating master data to ensure the accuracy of fixed costs reports.


The workbook BW_WBK_FC_0008 FC - CO Orders master data is used to display the master data of all CO Orders in WP1 & PF1 including the ZCBS hierarchy, the GBU and the plant code.

It is used to control the consistency of the CO Orders master data.



The workbook BW_WBK_FC_0008 FC - CO Orders master data is included in the role "FC - GBU Fixed Cost"



When you open the workbook for the 1st time, the following columns are displayed:

  • Source System
  • Controlling Area
  • Order number
  • Order description
  • Order Type
  • Company code
  • Country Key
  • Geographie/Zone
  • BFC GBU
  • Plant
  • Resp CC - 2 Function
  • Resp CC - 4 Sub-function
  • Created On
  • Detailed System Status
  • Last used
  • Assignment category
  • Settlement receiver
  • Responsible Cost Center



Orders in the scope depend on the order type:

  • PF1 - orders Y*
  • WP1 - ZORD, Y997, Y998 and Y999


Order status = CLSD are excluded from the report.


For each Internal Order - Master Data there is:

  1. the CO order master data coming from KO03 - Display Internal Order:
  2. the 2nd and 4th levels of the ZCBS hierarchy
  3. Other information:
    • BFC GBU is coming from the profit center of the responsible cost center in WP1 and from the business area of the responsible cost center in PF1
    • Country Key coming from the company code
    • Geographie/Zone coming from company code
