Why is Solvay implementing marketplaces?
To improve the SRM7 user experience
To decrease the number of tail-end suppliers
To simplify the PtoP process and decrease costs
To gain access to competitive sourcing and free next-day delivery on prime items
To increase the Group’s visibility on tail-end purchasing and reporting
What will the marketplaces be used for?
For small, non-strategic tail-end goods procurement, which are not covered by a framework agreement
In procurement categories whose strategy includes a marketplace as a buying channel
Only for goods to be delivered on a Solvay site
Mainly for TG and Genex goods
