For non-SAP changes, the standard change management process has not yet been set up. Until it is defined, potential future standard changes will go through the normal change management processes |
No. SAP change management remains unchanged for now. The SAP templates remain the same as before, and you can find them within Helix as usual |
Before opening an eCAB session, the Change Process Manager confirms the required deadline with the Service Owner/Product Owner. When the eCAB cell is opened, members are informed of this deadline. If no objection is raised before the deadline, the change is considered approved by default. |
