The access to some features is defined by the Persona at the contact level. The are 3 levels of Persona:

  1. Standard 
  2. Regulatory
  3. R&I / Marketing



1.Standard 

The user had access to all functionalities except choosing the Regulatory type when creating a Regulatory & Quality Question: 



2.Regulatory

The user has full access: R&Q questions (all types) and Regulatory Data Sheets


3.R&I / Marketing

The user doesn't have access to Regulatory & Quality Questions tile, neither to Regulatory Data Sheets
