- Login to Mailjet
- Go to profile and click on "Account Settings"

- Select "My support tickets "

- Here we will be able to see all the support tickets raised :

- In order to create a new ticket click onĀ "Open a ticket " option which is present at the bottom of the page :

- Select the specific category to open the request

- Provide the subject and description and then click on "Open this ticket"

- Now the ticket will be created and support team can the necessary action
