The main Global Business Units are:

1. Materials Segment

This segment focuses on high-performance polymers and composites, primarily targeting sustainable mobility, aerospace, and electronics. 

• Specialty Polymers: Develops a broad portfolio of high-performance thermoplastic resins, fluoroelastomers, and fluorinated fluids (e.g., Solef® PVDF, Tecnoflon® FKM) for demanding environments, including batteries, healthcare, and automotive applications.
• Composite Materials: A top-tier supplier of advanced composite and adhesive materials, specialized in lightweighting solutions for the aerospace and defense industries. 

  
  

2. Performance & Care Segment

This segment (previously named Consumer & Resources) focuses on sustainable, bio-based, and performance-enhancing chemistry. 

• Novecare: A leader in mild surfactants, cationic guars, and polymers for home care, beauty care, coatings, and agricultural applications.
• Technology Solutions: A global leader in phosphorus chemistry and specialty mining reagents, providing solutions for mineral processing and metal extraction. 

  
  

Other Units & Strategic Areas

• Aroma Performance: A major producer of synthetic and natural vanillin and a leader in the hydroquinone market.
• Syensqo Ventures: The company's corporate venture capital fund, which invests in startups focusing on sustainable advanced materials, clean energy, and biotechnology.
