Organization Creation & Naming Conventions

We avoid "Org Sprawl." New Organizations are only created for distinct Business Units or large-scale Projects.

Naming Convention (Org): SQO-<business-unit> (e.g., SQO-INFRASTRUCTURE,  SQO-INTEGRATION , SQO-SYENSQOAI).
