 1. Enter the Title of the operation / page

2. Add the following Labels : 

    • Scope of applicability: ww, country_accounting 

    • Country or group of countries (if applicable): belux, china, france, italy, lam, nam, uk_ie, bulgaria, dach, netherlands, iberia, poland, latvia, australia, india, japan, south_korea, thailand, singapore, new_zealand, emea_transversal, apac_transversal

    • Unit and Domain according to the List of labels to be used in the Finance Service Line space

      • E.g. 1: WW Operation in Financial Accounting under domain "Central Finance Processes & Compliance":
        • Labels to be used: ww, financial_accounting, central_fin_proc_compliance

      • E.g. 2: France Operation in Financial Accounting:
        • Labels to be used: country_accounting, france, financial_accounting
          (for country operations, the Domain is always country_accounting)


3. Fill in all fields as described above

4. Name the title of each section using OPD methodology naming convention - Infinitive verb without the “to”, mainly action verb...something) - " I do something..."

5. Once the description of the operation is completed, ensure it is approved and published by launching the SBS-Finance approval workflow

1. Objective and Scope

1.1. Objective 

To be able to fill a Survey called “IUTICE - Inquérito à Utilização de Tecnologias da Informação e da Comunicação nas Empresas” for a public entity of statistics (INE). 

  • The purpose of the Survey on the Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Companies (IUTICE) is to assess and analyze how companies use information and communication technologies (ICT), identifying the level of adoption, the types of technologies employed, the main uses, challenges, and associated opportunities.
    The report provides statistical data and relevant information to support strategic decisions, public policies, and investments, promoting digital transformation and the competitiveness of companies.

1.2. Scope

This procedure may applies to the following Portuguese company:

This statistical operation, aims at the production and dissemination of information in the following areas:

Quantification and typification of the production of services in 8 areas;
Distribution of the value of the service rendering, by type of service, according to the Statistical Classification of products by activity.

6.2 I submit the information in INE website

Select IUTICEYYYY below "Inquérito" to access the survey. 

Be attention to due date mentioned in "Prazo"

In the next window, the questionnaire will be displayed and can be completed. All tabs ( from A to F) have information to be filled.

So inside of INE website go to "Entregas", select the name of report and press "Pesquisar"


In "resultado," all the reports are listed. Then, select the most recent (last) one.

8. Legislation

The response to the Survey on Services Provided to Enterprises by the National Institute of Statistics, IP (INE) is mandatory under paragraph 1 of article 4 of Law No. 22/2008, of May 13 (Law of the National Statistical System), and paragraph 5 of article 4 of Decree-Law No. 136/2012, of July 2 (Organic Law of INE). Failure to respond constitutes a serious administrative offense punishable by a fine.
