Not all GBUs are using the Core CRM yet. The live GBUs are:

  • Novecare
  • Performance Polyamides (Engineering Platics is live, P&I as of 28th of April 2017)
  • Peroxides
  • Silica
  • Soda Ash & Derivatives
  • Special Chem

Specialty Polymers already benefits since years of own Salesforce implementation with scope and visibility limited to only SpP. The roll-out of the Core CRM solution is planned in 2018 (to be confirmed).
