As organizations transition from Google Workspace (GWS) to Microsoft 365 (M365), mailbox migrations are performed in waves. During this coexistence period, some users will be on Google Calendar, while others will have moved to Outlook/Exchange Online. This creates challenges in calendar visibility and scheduling, potentially impacting productivity.
