How to log into iSource ?
iSource uses Single Sign On : no need for login and password. Just paste the following URL in Google Chrome : https://solvay.zycus.com/tms
Overview
iSource navigation is user friendly and all modules can be accessed through the main menu on the top left corner.
STEP 1
Access the Hamburger menu on the top left corner.
Click on the 3 lines to open the menu & access the different modules.
STEP 2
Open iSource to navigate its' menu.
- Dashboard > is a personalized calendar of the platform with your usage
- Quick Source > is the module used for sport quotations
- My Events > is the space where you will find all your tenders (drafts & published)
- My Suppliers > is where you can look for a supplier or pre-select your suppliers into groups
- Internal Users > will allow you to check who has access to the platform internally
- Reports > is composed of 12 pre-packaged reports on usage of the platform
- Approval > is not implemented
- My downloads > is the place where your suppliers answers will be extracted if the tender is heavy
- Sent Mails > shows all the emails the platform has sent on your behalf
- iSource help > allows you to see: the release notes, the supplier & buyer guides & the FAQ.
- Live Engage > is a live chat that connects you to the Zycus support.
