• Schedule and lead Training sessions:
  • All users MUST be on calls and be trained
  • Camera ON
  • Share screen and presentation
  • Dig to get feedback (outside trainings as well, weekly meeting), put a process in place - Need to know very well the app to know what is a possible new requirements from what already exists.
  • Communicate feedback to LB Team and to the users when coming from LB

• Follow adoption with the dashboard
  • Check with user ON SITE why there are latex missing in the ELN
  • Data quality: Too many blank cells in Tableau or s/s
