Overview
Reports built within Qualtrics provide aggregate information about your survey responses, such as how many participants selected “yes” and how many selected “no”. You can use the Export Data feature to download your raw response data, which you can then use to see how individual participants answered each question. You can also use raw response data to perform third party analyses.

Export formats
Among your export options, you can choose the file type of your download. The available file types are
- CSV (Comma Separated Values)
- SPSS (Statistical Analysis Package)
- XML (Extensible Markup Language)
- HTML (Hypertext Markup Language)
- Fixed Field Text (Plain Text)
- Tableau (Integration with tableau)

In addition to choosing the file format of your data export, Qualtrics offers various options for adapting and customizing your data output. You can review and change data output each time a file is downloaded by using the various export options.
