  1. Go to Service One Digital Workplace
  2. Under Catalog > Access & Application, click on "Application Access Request (Generic)"
  3. Click on Request Now button on the right
  4. Ensure that information of the requestor is correct. Click on Next
  5. Select the Request type
  6. Select the System (by entering the word "Jira
  7. In the Additional Information, state the email address for the access and to which Jira Project does the person require.



  • If you are not active / connected in Jira for more than 1-2 months, your licenses will be desactivated.
  • If it's the first time user request, you will need to submit the Service Request as described in this page
  • If a user is already a Jira user, you can just add this person into the Jira project to start working!
