Objective target 

Our goal is to streamline knowledge creation, organization, and sharing across teams, fostering better collaboration, minimizing redundancies, and boosting overall efficiency.

Scope focus 

This initiative encompasses all knowledge-related processes, from capturing and validating information to storing and disseminating it for both operational and strategic decision-making. It also includes the selection and optimization of tools to support these processes.

Main activities checklist
