Click on the Edit button, at the top right of the page:

The Edit Dashboard page opens. The default tiles are displayed on the right panel.

 

To select tiles, simply: 

 

- Search for an entity in the Categories panel (1)

 

- Tiles from the selected entity, here Communications, are displayed in the middle panel (2)

 

- On mouse over, the selected tile appears in purple. Just drag and drop the tile in the right panel ‘Selection” (3)

Users can then order their tiles with their mouse, or remove them from the selection by clicking on the little X. For an optimum display of the homepage, users can select up to 20 tiles. 

 

Then click on the “save” button. 

 

The new homepage dashboard is created!

 

Users can modify their dashboard as often as they like. If they wish to get back to the default set of tiles, click on the “reset” button beneath the Selection panel.


Each user’s professional family is now displayed on their profile “bubbles” beneath their name, on the top of the homepage. For example, a buyer for the Novecare GBU, based in Princeton, USA, will see the following bubbles: Novecare, USA, Princeton, Purchasing & Supply Chain.
This enables users to have their professional family updates in their newstream and to open its Solvay One space in one click.
NB: if one’s professional family is identical to one’s entity (Function), s/he will see only one bubble. 

Two new app tiles are now available: users can perform search queries in the teamsites and Google contacts directly from their homepage. They are part of the default set of tiles and are also available in the tile library under the “Utilities” category.
