- In Tabs => Click on  “Accounts

- In View Menus => Select “My Accounts

- In  ListViews => Click on “Account” A R WILFLEY AND SONS

Scroll down to the "Account Detail Documents" related list and click in the button "New Account Detail Document

- Verify that the name of your supplier is the right one on the field "Account

- Choose the type "Audit"

- Fill some content in the description field

- Click on Save at the end of the pages

Scroll down to the "Notes & Attachments" related list and click on the "Attach File

- Click on the "Choose a file" button, choose the file you want to attach

2- Click on "Attach File"

3- Click on the button "Done"
