How to know what client I'm currently using ?

First, if you are not using Internet Explorer it means you are not using the plug-in.

• If you are using the Internet Explorer plug-in, the tool bar in the dashboard should look like this :

• If you are using the Full Browser version, the tool bar in the dashboard should look like this :

• If you are using the Small Devices version (on a PC), the dashboard will not display correctly at all.
• If you are using the Download client, when you click on a dashboard it will either do nothing (if dashboard too big), or attempt to download a "QVW" file.
