In this part , we will discuss regarding user creation 

Step-by-step guide

  1. While providing the access , the first scenario is to check whether the user belongs to GBU Composite material  
  2. Using the user personnel number , we can see if security flag is updated :

              


       3. Please go to PP2 client 130 to SE16 table PA0105 :

              


           As shown below , we can see the flag ID is already updated :

               


     Note : If in case the Security flag is not updated , please reach out to HR team , email ID - sbs.htrsupport@support.solvay 

             Please use the below format while forwarding:

                    Name:

                    Email:

                    Personnel number:

                    Manager name:


 Please find below the list security flag , if the following ID's are update then we can proceed on providing the access :

 4. Once everything is updated , we can proceed in user creation

 5. While providing access in IDM , the tab will appear as follows depends on the security flag is updated:

    

        Please choose the tab which is enabled.

5. There is no column for adding any Privileges, only Role section is present :

   


6. Below are the list of plants to which Solstice access is provided :

7. Once adding the role, in reason please mention the following points :

              Ticket ID, Security Flag ID

8. As same as WP1, it will go for approval to respective manager , once approved , you can inform the user and can resolve the request.


          There are few exceptions in this case:

  • Solstice access can be provided to SBS users 
  • China users cannot have access to Solstice , but Fengxian plant belongs to China , in this case if users comes up for the access then only PR* should be provided which will give WP1 access only
  • If user is asking access to WP1 and WPX both , then in this case you can provide only PX* role this will provide  access to WP1 too ( this is only for new user creation , but in case of modifications please check thoroughly before proceeding)
