Overview

 RFIs are web forms : you and your suppliers will fill in them directly in Convergence. No need to "send" something.

Step-By-Step


STEP 1
 

To Create a ”New RFI


1- In Tabs => Click on  “Accounts

2- In View Menus => Select “My Accounts

3- In  ListViews => Click on “Account Name” eg.A R WILFLEY AND SONS

 

 


STEP 2


Scroll down to find the "Core RFIs" and click on the button "New RFI

 


STEP 3 

❑ Information


Account is automatically filled in this square eg.A R WILFLEY AND SONS

1- Fill the Due Date

2- Click on Save

How to send a RFI ?

You must have a contact related to your account to send a RFI (A1311 - Account Contacts and related contacts)


STEP 4


Open your RFI
RFI Detail  "Click on Edit  "RFI-0000259

 

 

 


STEP 5


1- Fill Contact ( you can use the magnificer)

 

STEP 6


❑ Go To Next

1- In status , select Sent in View menus”

 

 

STEP 7


Entered more information about the following parts
  • GENERAL COMPANY INFORMATION (Supplier Name, Corporate Name ,  etc..)
  • Address (Street, Zip/Postal code, Country , City , etc…)
  • PO Box Address (PO box, Zip/Postal code)
  • Supplier account manager (Salutation, First Name, last Name, etc..)
  • Company Geographical Coverage (Zone, etc…)
  • Turnover
  • Quality
  • Sustainable Development, etc…..

 2- Click on Save “down the page”
