Issue:
User not able to delete the Condition type CV.
Analysis:
In t-code V/06,If the condition type is CV and from below picture in Manual entries tab if the value is maintained as "D"(No user cannot change anything in sales order with particular condition type as CV).
If user wants to change the values manually for condition type in order, There are three rules need to follow.
You need maintain RICEF value, user id details of the user and t-code details in table ZZF_CONSTS.
Solution:
If we maintain the values in table ZZF_CONSTS with RICEF(ZWOC_LOCK_PRICE_KSCHL2) ,User id (give user id) and T-code details(requested t-code), then the user can access manually given alter conditions(CV,CVACV1,CV2)
