2) If ticket is submitted properly check whether requester is asking access for himself or others. Even check which system user asking access wbp or wbq or both.
3) In WBP or WBQ ticket user either asks for user modification or creation/deletion. Sometimes user might ask for creation but he already exists in system.
4) User either should provide applications to be added or a reference user whose roles to be given to the use.
5) Check whether user present in IDM or not. If he presents check what applications to be given in WBP or WBQ system.
6) We cannot provide roles or applications directly to user in WBP or WBQ system without approvals from approvers which you can find in BW catalog .
7) If user needs access for sprint purchasing it should be sent to ptp-D&A-purchasing tools this group to be selected in group field of freshdesk ticket and colmar application is not given by us, we should reply user that it is handled by colmar GBU coordinators.
8) For example user needs access to PS-Project costs application, we have search PS application in BW-catalog. It consists MENU and PERIMETER roles, which you can see in below screenshots.
9) Even user provides specific requirement in perimeter roles, for example in this case 1111 company, 2345 plant and soda ash gbu.
