What to do when you do not have access due to "no initiator"

This is not an access issue but just a set up you have to add (once) in your profile.

Step 1: Go to "User Profile" and then "Own Data".

Step 2: Then go to parameters

Step 3: Write something in the "VKO" line. Just put something, NL01 for example. It does not matter, since an "initiator" in SAP means sales organization.

How to reset your password yourself?

Go to GRC CUP> Password self service, only in Internet Explorer!

Enter your credentials and continue

Click on "Add" to select the system(s) for which you want to reset your password

 Select and "Continue"

This sends straight away an email to your mail box with the new (temporary) password.

Finally note that you can enter your password inside the SAP log on by doing a right click on the system and choose option "without single sign on".
