Create and maintain the documentation of an application

 

 

 

 

 

Once the structure of the application is created you can create & maintain the documentation. 

 

 

 

 

 

Create a new page

 

 

 

 

 

Select a page depending on the type of page you want to create :

Name of the pagePurpose
"name of the application" - Get startedCreate a "Get Started" page to gather all pre-requisites: user guide, training, access link to the application...
"name of the application" - FAQCreate the "Frequently Asked Questions" page describing the basic functionalities of the application.
"name of the application" - How toCreate a "How to" page to go further on the usage and functionalities of the application.

"name of the application" - Troubleshooting

Create a "Troubleshooting" page describing the potential errors and their solutions.

 

 

 

 

 

Create a blank page (or use a personal template) and enter the content
