Regularly, there are minor and major DSS upgrades

We are contractually obliged to push major versions upgrades. These 4 steps are implemented:
- Communication at least a week in advance of the upgrade operations
- TEST environment upgraded + non regression testing
- Upgrade date in production/automation is confirmed/communicated
- Upgrade of the PROD/Automation
Design projects are not all tested, BDA will monitor possible errors on best effort.
Automation projects will be tested by BD&A.
For some upgrades, models needs to be retrained
- If you have some actions to do, you will be informed by the BD&A admin team
