General Description

Customer 360 Dashboard has been engineered to provide a full and comprehensive view on external sales.  
Scope:
  • All GBUs
  • Top Corporate Groups (that have been activated in the dashboard configuration file) within the customer selection dropdown list
  • Potentially, all customers using the search bar or the my report, at Ship-To / Sold-To level.
