The Search Tool is a new way to search throughout your suppliers qualifications.

Take all qualified suppliers for the site Tavaux as an example. Before, four searches had to be performed on the Geographical axis: at Tavaux level, at France Level, at EMEA level and finally at worldwide level. With the Search Tool, it is done in one step.

In the same way, global searches can be performed on the Organisational axis or on the GPS axis. Let's say you look for qualified suppliers in Spectrometry: the Search Tool will also display suppliers qualified for all Laboratory Equipment and Supplies.

A CSR will now be flagged as "Low grade" if the score is below 2.00 for Solvay questionnaires or 30% for third party questionnaires.

You will now find a new type of Account Detail Document: the Insurance Certificate.

The Convergence menu now displays a "Task & Event" tab where you can find all your tasks with supplier tasks.

By default, every new Visit Minute will be marked as "Green flag" unless you change this value manually to "Draft" or "Red flag"

With this new feature, you will be more autonomous to transfer historical CSRs in Convergence
