Institutionalize Cyber Security throughout the organization through the establishment of a strong governance program. 

Adopt a risk based approach to identify required policies and standards.  Ensure security procedures are established and operational.

Creation of a security-by-design/ security-first environment for all stakeholders.  Security education, training, and awareness will promote the desired security culture and behavior for the organization.
