If there is a request to create a Google Analytics tracking ID for any Google Site, we need to check if there is any existing GA ID been created for the Site.

https://sites.google.com/a/solvay.com/fnps/overview
Basically, there is a configuration on GSite to enable Google Analytics tracking. This tracking option is a must for GSite creator, who is also owner, to select when GSite is created. (Using GSite Creation Wizard)
After that, GSite Owner can use Solvay Directory to view the statistic.
