This article shows how  can we solve user Inactive in Neptune system.

Step-by-step guide

Step 1:

  • First we will check user Active or Not in Neptune System.
  • If user is Locked means for that we have to provide the self service reactivation link.

    

Step 2:

  • As we have checked user active in Neptune system But again user saying Not active in Neptune system like below screenshot.


           



Step 3:

  • For this we need to update the user parameters based on the Reference user.
