I can't open a Biarritz (SBS) Template in Chrome

I can't open a Template in Chrome, I don't have enough authorization...after trying several times, I sometimes get to open it....

Solution

Delete Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and Browsing History of the Internet Browser
