  • As the PI planning for Q4 is fast approaching, it is difficult for me to determine the capacity vs workload of the squad members as the squad is not story pointing yet and there is no historical data to back up future calculations.
  • We are having a session on User story pointing with the Squad before PI planning so that this can help us determine the amount of effort needed for each story in a Sprint
