Add the application on the home page

 

 

 

 

Once the documentation of the application is created, you can add it on the home page of the space Syensqo IS - Customer Support

If you don't feel confortable with macros (SP Horizontal nav group, Macro - Section and columns & Links), ask someone to do it for you (see Contribute to SBS IS - Customer Support to find a contact)

 

1. Make sure you have removed your pages restrictions.

2. Go to My Business Apps and edit the page 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Go to the first letter of the application. For instance, for the application Accolade, go to the letter A 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Select Macro - Section and columns

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add one section (show border) and one column (Width = 5) and one column (Width = 95)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Add the logo of the application (size = 70px) with a link to the application documentation in the 1st column, the name (with a link) & description of the application in the second column

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Save the page

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The home page is updated
