When user request for any other language preference apart from english , we need to follow the below procedure.
Step-by-step guide
The eRoom application works in such a way that it will follow the language from Internet Explorer.
In that case if a user requests us asking to change the language in Eroom , we need to inform the user to go
- In Internet Explorer -> to go to Tools > Internet Options *( Settings → Internet Options )
- Then click in the button Language
You will get a pop-up screen where the language will be default ENGLISH".
Now we need to change the language of Interent explorer to the desired user language.
For our example we have selected "French"
We need to click on the ADD button and you can move to the top of the list,
By doing so the language will be SET to French.
