An automated process to cater the need to manage Novecare’s product management lifecycle. The purpose of this process is to introduce new products for industrialization into one of the Novecare plants. Since specialty polymer has already a system called ‘Bloom’ to manage their product lifecycle, it is required to re-use the common features of existing Bloom application to build this new application currently named as ‘Bloom for Novecare’ NPDI/TT Qualification workflows

NPDI - New Product Development & Industrialization: 

This procedure applies to introducing new products for Industrialization in one of any Novecare plants including Breakthrough, Roadmaps and Market customized solution projects under development. 

TT - Technology Transfer:

This procedure applies to all proposals to transfer active commercial products between NOVECARE plants for industrialization.
