The entire lifecycle of a ticket can be viewed using the Activites button in Freshdesk.

Step-by-step guide

Log into the Freshdesk Agent Portal.

Select the ticket desired.

Turn on the Show Activities Button 

The entire ticket lifecycle will now be seen, the EXPAND button may be used to expand the entire history of the ticket.

 

 

 

The Ticket history can be viewed by using the ACTIVITIES button in Freshdesk
