1.What is the printer's specification ?

2.What are the steps to install the printer ? 


  1. Choose the right place for the printer with ethernet access
  2. Ask for an activation of the plug if not => ask on Service one / ISSC (cf list in slide)
  3. Installation of ribbons/labels (pictures inside printer) and different guides
  4. Print test (to see if anything is to adjust) 
  5. Fix the IP address => ask Service one to create a FIX address
  6. Project team enters IP address into LIMS and adjust settings on servers

      

3.How to print a Label in Agilab OneLims ? 


    • You can select on this list the fractions you want to print, and click on "Print Label" 

    • You will have a pop up that appears, you will be able to select : 
      • The name of the printer you want to choose (of your default location) : ex Bristol ZD420
      • Choose the label (only label linked to the former printer are reachable)
      • Select the number of the copies
      • Click on the buttom Print


4 - Request to install a new printer : 

1 - Connect on service one 

2 - Click on "Catalog" on the top of the page 

3 - Open the menu "Browse categories" 

4 - Select "Workplace services" > "Printing" > "Office Automation printing"

5 - Select the box " Office Automation Printing" to complete the form and send the request
