If user faces an issue while running report in BI4, or if the user's access is fine and still he/she is not able to login, we can request the user to follow the below,

Could you please confirm us if you are using Internet Explorer to access BI4?
 
If not, we request you to login the BI4 application through Internet explorer and not Google chrome. The official & recommended browser for this is Internet Explorer.
 
If yes, please try to clear your browser cache and then try to access again,
