Access to VMs are strictly controlled and audited.

The authorized method to access VMs are via IAP with SSH or RDP.

If for unforeseen situation that your VMs are no longer able to access via SSH or RDP, please contact the GCP Cloudops for support.

In the worse case scenarios, only the GCP Cloudops team can have the exception to access the VMs via serial port.

The best way to get IT support is to use the new Service One Platform.
